HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE NJ COFFEE FESTIVAL AT BELL WORKS?
You can purchase tickets online through our website, or at the door on the day of the event, depending on availability.

WILL THE EVENT SELL OUT?
Yes, our events have sold out in the past. We recommend buying your tickets online in advance to guarantee entry, as the event may sell out.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT TICKET OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes! You can purchase a General Admission or VIP ticket. Kids 12 and under are always free! Online tickets are cheaper than tickets purchased at the door. Purchasing in advance guarantees you access to the event, as tickets often sell out.

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY FOR TICKET PURCHASES?
Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns about your ticket, please reach out to us at info@njcoffeefestival.com, and we’ll assist you.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE NJ COFFEE FESTIVAL AT BELL WORKS?
While this event is more adult-focused, children are welcome. Kids 12 and under attend for free. We recommend that parents use their discretion as this is a coffee-centric event, but all are welcome to enjoy the experience!

CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE EVENT?
While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed at the event, except for certified service animals. We want to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees. If you're bringing a service dog, please make sure it’s clearly identifiable.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, complimentary parking is available in lots adjacent to Bell Works. For directions and more details, please visit the venue’s website.

IS THE FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES?

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT AND ACTIVITIES ARE PLANNED DURING THE EVENT?
The festival focuses on all things coffee! Enjoy over 20 coffee and food vendors, live acoustic music, Brew School demos, Coffee Conversations, and more. 

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS TO THE EVENT?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the festival. With over 20 vendors, you'll find plenty of delicious coffee and food options to enjoy!

ARE THERE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We encourage our vendors to offer a variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions, but we cannot guarantee specific accommodations for all needs. Please feel free to communicate directly with vendors at the event to inquire about ingredients and make informed choices. Your experience is important to us, and we want all attendees to have a great time!

HOW DO I APPLY TO BECOME A VENDOR AT THE NJ COFFEE FESTIVAL AT BELL WORKS?
2025 is sold out. Join the waitlist to be notified when applications open for 2026.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC DEADLINE FOR VENDOR APPLICATIONS?
Vendor booths are currently sold out.

WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE APPLICATION?
You will need to provide details about your booth setup, the items you plan to sell, and the equipment you’ll be bringing. Additionally, you will need to provide a method of payment.

WHAT KIND OF VENDORS CAN APPLY FOR THE NJ COFFEE FESTIVAL AT BELL WORKS?
We’re looking for coffee and tea vendors, as well as brunch and dessert vendors—anything that pairs well with coffee!

ARE FOOD TRUCKS ALLOWED?
No, this is an indoor event. However, if you have a small mobile coffee, tea, or food cart that uses electric equipment, you are welcome to apply.

ARE THERE SPECIFIC CRITERIA OR QUALIFICATIONS FOR VENDORS?
Vendors must have a registered business and be able to provide proof of valid business liability insurance and any necessary health permits.

IS THE FESTIVAL OPEN TO BOTH ESTABLISHED AND NEW VENDORS?
Yes! Whether you’re an established brand or a new business, we welcome all vendors as long as they are open and operational before the event. 

WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING AS A VENDOR?

$250 Brunch & Dessert Vendor:
Sell food items like waffles, crepes, donuts, or desserts that pair well with coffee. No sample requirements for brunch vendors. 10 Available.

$125 Standard Coffee & Tea Vendor:
Offer tasting-sized samples of one beverage and sell full-sized drinks, specialty items, or merchandise at your booth. 20 Available.

$95 VIP Coffee & Tea Vendor:
Offer tasting-sized samples of one beverage and sell full-sized drinks, specialty items, or merchandise at your booth. Provide a sample bag of coffee beans for inclusion in the VIP swag bags. 4 Available.

$95 Brew School & Coffee Conversation Vendor: Offer tasting-sized samples of one beverage and sell full-sized drinks, specialty items, or merchandise at your booth. Lead a 15-minute demo or coffee conversation (e.g., latte art, perfect pour-over). 5 Available.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and permit fees, which are additional.

HOW LARGE IS THE BOOTH OR SPACE PROVIDED FOR VENDORS?
Vendors receive a 10x10 space with two 6' tables and two chairs.

IS ELECTRICITY AND WATER AVAILABLE?
Electricity is available but must be requested in advance. There is access to water in the venue’s shared kitchen.

CAN VENDORS BRING THEIR OWN SETUP OR ARE THERE SPECIFIC GUIDELINES?
Vendors can bring their own setup, but it must be approved. Please list your setup in the application for review.

WHAT KIND OF COOKING/BREWING METHODS ARE PERMITTED?
Electric cooking and brewing methods such as espresso machines, grinders, electric grills, warmers, and fryers are allowed. 

WHEN CAN VENDORS SET UP THEIR BOOTHS?
Vendors can arrive between 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM on event day. All vendors must be fully set up by 8:30 AM, as the festival will open at 10:00 AM.

WHAT ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED FOR SETUP AND BREAKDOWN?
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown. Please make sure to take all trash with you and leave your space in the condition it was found.

HOW MANY ATTENDEES ARE EXPECTED AT THE COFFEE FESTIVAL?

We are expecting over 2,500 attendees throughout the event.

WHAT KIND OF PROMOTION AND MARKETING WILL THE EVENT ORGANIZERS DO?
NJ Advance Media will promote the event across multiple platforms, including:

Social media coverage on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook before, during, and after the event

Press releases to boost media exposure

CAN VENDORS ALSO PROMOTE THE EVENT THROUGH THEIR CHANNELS?
Yes! We encourage all vendors to promote the event on their own social media, websites, and other channels to help increase exposure.

WHAT PERMITS OR LICENSES ARE REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATING VENDORS?
All vendors must complete the required forms for the Holmdel Health and Fire Departments once accepted to the event.

ARE THERE HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS THAT VENDORS NEED TO ADHERE TO?

Yes, vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations set by the Holmdel Health Department and event guidelines.

IS VENDOR INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Yes, all vendors are required to provide proof of valid business liability insurance.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR VENDOR FEES?
Vendor fees are due upon acceptance into the event.

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY IF A VENDOR NEEDS TO CANCEL?
No refunds will be given. 

HOW ARE TRANSACTIONS HANDLED DURING THE FESTIVAL?
Vendors are responsible for collecting and processing payments at the event. We recommend accepting both cash and credit cards to ensure convenience for attendees.
